We were contacted by a marketing company to create a concept for a new high end brand of care provider, opening a new shop in Chislehurst.

The brief was to create a high end workspace that was approachable & comfortable, considering texture & synergy with their brand identity… We were asked to use elements that represent sustainability which was high on their list and which we align ourselves to completely.

We were given images and brand colours to utilise portraying the company ethos and brand, and asked to consider such aspects as: shop frontage; comfort; reception area and private administration areas for 5 personnel. We screened off these areas using organic material that was not solid and therefore gave a feel of spaciousness and allowed more lighting. The shop was equipped with a sufficient number of storage units in every area. The space was designed to be wheelchair accessible with an appropriate height of the reception desk. The shop layout allows a comfortable movement throughout the space.

Elements we were asked to consider:

Greenery – known to support human health, improving air quality, prolonging life by helping us to breathe more easily .

Wood – from sustainable sources, to support the future of the planet’s forests, and protect the future of our children. To prevent damage to eco-systems, & wildlife, to soak up carbon emissions and keep our air clean for generations to come.

All in all we had a great time creating this concept and can’t wait to see the shop when the fit – out is complete!
