Read about the project

I was invited to fully interior design a 3-bedroom flat in Branksome, that my client had bought to enjoy as his man cave in a new chapter of his life journey.. this was a fabulous large bright space and while it was screaming to be brought into the millennium, I could see how much potential it had as soon as I walked in, and I hope we did not disappoint!

I wanted to give him a peaceful, modern, masculine yet still homely space to enjoy throughout, something that wouldn’t date quickly, so we went about creating a seamless, well kitted integrated kitchen to prepare his gourmet meals, a luxurious bespoke bedroom to retire to at night, a stylist office to work from, complete with bespoke cabinetry his handmade cars now enjoy being displayed, and a spacious lounge fully equipped with gin bar and marble dining table.

We went about stripping out the place of all its 1950s wallpaper and outdated storage, and commenced on our extensive internal build project to breathe new life into it, right up until our client added his own finishing touches of artwork to put his very own stamp on it, and it was great to walk out for the last time and leave him to enjoy the space in peace, after he had lived through much of the work being done, even working from home!

We hope you enjoy looking at the pictures as much as we enjoyed designing the flat!

See how it was before we started…
