These two properties were very close to each other, the ground floor flat was like a luxury escape, where the lounge and kitchen area were opened up, and large bi-fold doors led you to a garden that would be framed with private white walls, it gave you the feeling of being abroad as soon as the sun shone out there!

Flagstones were used for the internal kitchen floor, and extended into the garden, and decking continued outside where natural reclaimed wood floor was used inside, and so with floor lighting that continued into the garden, at night the inside became seamlessly the outside. The kitchen incorporated recessed wall lighting and natural granite worktops, and the project was finished with shutters and contemporary furniture.

A few doors down we redesigned the ground floor scheme for a 4 bed house, and created a fabulous spider man bedroom for Casey there!
