We were approached by a lovely lady to renovate a dated 2nd floor apartment to be used as a second home, she knew what she wanted but wasn’t sure how to achieve the result so we worked on a flexible basis with her, meeting regularly to go through choices and gently guide her towards some of ours .. we took down a wall between the kitchen and lounge to open up the room which made such a big difference and re-used the quartz worktop to make a little home office in her large bedroom .. we were lucky to find some good quality wood flooring beneath the magenta carpets and so re-used that as well and the end result is a lovely bright apartment that our client is delighted with x
